Return Policy

About return

For home delivery orders, please check your books and contact the bookstore within 7 days if there’s any missing or damage books. Otherwise, the order will not be changed, replenished, or refunded.
To pick up at school’s bookstore, please check books carefully on site and sign your name on the receipt. Let the staff know right away if there’s any questions or this order will be regarded as totally correct one and will not be changed or refunded.
If any books are out of stock or out of print, the bookstore will notify and refund to the customer.
